PRESS RELEASE Ron Paul to Visit Reno RENO, NV, NOVEMBER 5, 2007—Republican presidential candidate Ron Paul will visit Las Vegas on Monday, November 19, and will head north to Reno on November 20, during a campaign swing through the state. The Texas congressman will have a full schedule when he visits the northern half of the Silver State, with a press conference in the morning, a fundraiser luncheon, and a rally in the afternoon. In the evening, Ron Paul head south for meeting with Republicans from Churchill and Carson counties. The press conference will be held at 10:00 am on the morning of November 20, at President's Room at Lawlor Events Center at 1500 North Virginia Street on the campus of the University of Nevada, Reno. All media are invited to attend. The fundraising luncheon will be held at noon in an undisclosed location, and will accommodate a few hundred people at $500-1000 per plate. Ron Paul will attend a rally being held at the University of Nevada, Reno at the Silver and Blue Room in Lawlor Events Center. Up to 1,000 people are expected to attend, including Ron Paul supporters from all over northern Nevada. Ron Paul will then drive south meet with Republican party members in Carson and Churchill counties. Republican presidential candidate Ron Paul will be visiting northern Nevada for the first time this campaign season on Tuesday, November 20. A press conference will be held in the morning at 10 am in the President's Room at Lawlor Events Center, located at 1500 North Virginia Street in Reno. This event will be followed by a fund-raising luncheon and later a rally at 3 pm in the Silver and Blue Room, also in Lawlor Events Center. That evening, Ron Paul will attend a Republican meeting with supporters from the rural counties of northern Nevada. |
